About the project
A web and mobile platform for managing communication between schools, parents and pupils.
- Delivered over 505 user stories, which drove a marked increase in team performance.
- Used the SCRUM framework, bringing in some SAFe practices for project management.
- Released the mobile app on Android and iOS.
- Applied the Design Thinking process to problem solving (personas, etc.).
- Designed the mockups for the web and mobile applications.
- Wrote unit tests for the APIs.
