About the project
Masroufy — a mobile app for managing personal finances.
- Designed and built an intuitive mobile app for expense tracking, budgeting and optimising personal finances.
- Developed a cross-platform mobile app with Flutter/Dart and a REST backend (Spring Boot / secured API).
- Designed and delivered 100+ user stories in an Agile/Scrum setting (sprints, backlog, daily stand-ups).
- Produced the UI/UX mockups (Figma) and applied Design Thinking: personas, user journeys, prototyping and user testing.
- Built the key features: expense categorisation, dashboards and statistics, budget management and custom category icons.
- Wrote unit and integration tests for the APIs to guarantee reliability and code quality.
- Handled versioning and continuous integration (Git, CI/CD, multi-environment deployment).
